Sekolah elite Prancis mencoba menarik calon siswa Indonesia

Sciences Po Paris, is organizing information sessions in Indonesia, in the cities of Jakarta, Bandung, Yogyakarta and Surabaya, with the support of the Indonesian Embassy in France, the French Cultural Centres in these cities, and CampusFrance. These sessions are part of Sciences Po’s global initiative to disseminate information about its academic programs, admission requirements and procedures, scholarships, and the enriching experience of studying in a top French university.

Since its foundation in 1872, Sciences Po has been one of the leading international social science universities that has been training leaders and executives for France, Europe and the world, with a strong multidisciplinary and international approach. The University boasts of an international student body of over 40% and is a close partner of the London School of Economics (LSE), the National University of Singapore (NUS) and Columbia University, to name a few of its 350 partners in the world.

Its academic programs, many of which are taught entirely in English, spans different disciplines and cross-disciplines in the social sciences: Law, Economics, Sociology, History, Politics, Public Policy, Public Affairs, and European Affairs. All Sciences Po undergraduate students study or undertake an internship abroad in their third year, and graduate students can also chose to do this for 6 months. Over 1,200 students are abroad during the current academic year of 2010-11 and a similar number of foreign students are now exchange students at Sciences Po.

In Indonesia, Sciences Po has established student exchange and faculty mobility programmes with Universitas Gadja Mada. Together, they are members of the EU Erasmus Mundus Lotus Mobility programme.

- December 20 at 3pm, CCCL Surabaya, JL Darmokali 10
